Why is she still there?

I can not stand this girl.
Sandra, a 19 yo, know it all with an attitude.
She takes ok pics, in my opinion.
This week was makeover week so she's not blonde...an improvement
BUT
She is a bitch.
I think they are keeping her around just for ratings & too see who blogs about her...well job well done on that one.
