Tasty Tuesday - Community Hamburger, I mean Meatloaf

Yep.
Meatloaf.
A cheap, yet satisfying staple.

Am I a fan?
Depends on my mood.

Here is my recipe for it.
Bobster loves it.

2lbs of ground meat (pick your poison, beef, chicken, turkey)
1 egg
1 egg white

1/4 cup milk
2 cloves finely chopped garlic
S&P
1.5 cups of breadcrumbs (plain or Italian...doesn't matter)
3/4 cups of Parmesan cheese (I will play around with the cheese & breadcrumbs....I will use more of whatever I have more of on hand)

Mush it all together.
Form in pan (spray pan w/ Pam 1st) in a loaf.

Bake approx 60 -75 mins in 350 degree oven.

Viola!

What's your fav meatloaf recipe?
Or just your fav easy recipe?
Tell me!

Woops out!

Wellll I don't really measure everything, but here is how I make my meatloaf.

1 lb hamburger (don't go too lean or it will be WAY dry)
1 egg
about 1/2 cup or so instant rice
chopped onion and green pepper
half a can of tomato soup

mix/smoosh it all together and put into an 8x8 pan, bake at 350 for 50 minutes. Drain any excess grease CAREFULLY. Pour remaining tomato soup over meat and bake for an additional 20 minutes.
